All of the other movers could barely muster a sentence, let alone provide with with a quote or any suggestions/details. When I contacted Eric, he was friendly and professional. I gave him the details of my move and he assured me it would be an easy move and that it would take about 3-4 hours to complete. Two days before the move, he called to confirm the meeting time and place.

Moving day came, and Eric and Adrian arrived exactly on time. They wasted no time getting to work, loading the contents from my storage unit into the U-Haul. I helped as much as I could, but with as fast and proficient as the two of them were, I was only getting in the way. They made short work of the load; it took maybe one hour to empty my 10x15 storage unit into the truck. Everything was packed securely and logically. The guys were super friendly during the entire load-in.

They followed me to the new location, and once again immediately went to work, unloading the truck. I moved into a 2-story house, and those guys made short work of the stairs . They're both beasts, easily carrying box springs and tables solo, but never once did they bump into or damage anything. We were done before I knew it; they helped rearrange a few items inside before leaving, and were still done in 3-hours flat.

They really are hard working and relentless. I whole heartedly recommend Eric and Adrian. They are extremely professional, polite and efficient. Having used another moving company in Madison twice before in the last 10 years, there is no comparison.

The piano was quite the challenge, but they were unruffled, and even seemed amused by the challenge. If I move again I would use USA Moving without thinking twice about it. They were very talented when it came to getting large items out of doors and around corners. They also had to manually hoist my mattress, wooden desk, and wooden file cabinet up to the second floor. The only stairs up to the second floor were spiral which made it impossible to use for these large items. They securely wrapped all of my furniture before it left the apartment.

2 of the guys also helped me put together some Metro shelving because the TV had to be placed on it. They were very professional and extremely efficient. The movers I hired last time seem like the 3 Stooges in comparison to these guys. I saved $150 from my last move because the USA guys were so efficient. The woman I worked with when scheduling my move and picking up my free boxes was very pleasant and knew the business well.

Also, my new building manager wanted to know what company moved me because they really knew what they were doing. We had been in the house for 15 years, and it was a lot of stuff. They had two use three trucks in order to move us out. The packing took around 9 hours with four packers the first day, and the next morning they came with 8 guys. They packed for another 2 hours, and moved us into the new house and set up the furniture by 4 in the afternoon. I wanted to mention it was Javier's crew, and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

He was remarkably efficient, had an amazing memory, and his crew was just superior. Nothing was broken, and everything was well-wrapped. Their attention to detail was amazing, and they worked very hard on the job. What I really liked about them as well was that they charged by the hour depending upon the amount of men that they send out, so you knew exactly what to expect. The driver apologized and began to explain the paperwork. The paperwork took almost a half hour which was time I was paying for. $700.00 to move only furniture out of a 3 Bedroom duplex. 4.5 hours of moving and 1 hour travel time. The movers were very nice and professional.

There was just one item that they could not handle. After the damage was done, they seemed frustrated and their professionalism started to lack. When we arrived at the new house, I could tell they just wanted to be done.

There were 3 men but it seemed that they needed more. When everything was finally in, the driver did more paperwork. Another half an hour, waiting for him to write up damage form and bill. When I am paying someone an hourly rate, I expect them to maximize their time.

He could have been doing paperwork while the other two were finishing up. I feel the cost did not match the level of service I received. It was not a great experience but not a horrible one either.

I have filed my claim for the damages and am waiting to hear back. They offered to have someone come out to fix the damage. I had painters scheduled to start, the following week. I sent the company an estimate from my painter on the cost of damages and hopefully they will reimburse me. I had a scheduled move for my mom and on they day of they kept calling and changing the time.

After a few hours they stopped calling so we contacted them, and no one answered. We reached out to customer service and had to change the move day all together because it was getting late. They rescheduled our move for the following day which was an inconvenience but by this time we had no other options.

The next morning they arrived early but then the interaction between the "head mover" and my mother was very intimidating my mom was shouted at like a child all for their mistakes. They brought a small truck to move a 3 and half bedroom house and we let them know that the truck they had was too small. The guy who's name we still don't know lost it. After my mom called and they continued to be rude with her, I called in and I was not at all Happy with the interaction. The communication with their customers is terrible, and there is no corporate office to complain to.

On top of all the confusion a lot of my Mom's things were stolen. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend using there service unless you are in a real jam. The moving crew arrived on time, and got right to work. They were fast and impressive in their skill and strength. They finished the entire job in three or four hours.

It was our first experience using movers, and they performed beyond our expectations. They even took care of the little things we hadn't packed yet, but made sure to ask first if we wanted it to go. They were very appreciative of the donuts we shared with them, as well as the sodas and the tip we gave them at the end. We offered them a six-pack of beer, which they declined. The cost was significantly lower than others we were quoted. We were very impressed by the job they did.
